  • Build and improve processes to track returns experience results;
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement;
  • Work with stakeholders to provide end-to-end customer returns perspective;
  • Implement programmatic changes to drive a better customer experience;

This role requires strong skills in process building, project management, and scheduling. We are looking for someone who can successfully manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
