Community Coach Role OverviewThis is a unique opportunity to make a difference in your community and advance your skills. As a Community Coach, you will work collaboratively with colleagues and engage with individuals who rely on our services.
Education Requirements and Compensation- A High School Diploma or Equivalent: Starting at $17/hour
- An Associate's Degree: Up to $1.75 more per hour
- A Bachelor's Degree: Up to $0.50 more per hour
- Complete all three levels of the National Alliance of Direct Support Professionals (NADSP) Career Ladder Program to increase your earnings potential.
- Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental benefits at a minimal cost to employees.
- Up to 18 days of paid vacation during the first year, increasing to 21 days after completing one year of employment.
