Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Fiscal Intern to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting our finance department and contributing to the success of our company.
- Confer notes from suppliers, verify quantities, prices and taxes;
- Assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices;
- Support the processing and launch of invoices in SAP system;
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues related to invoices and receipts;
- Support preparation of documents and audits for fiscal operations;
- Generate and review reports related to fiscal area;
- File physical and digital documents;
- Candidate must be pursuing an undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting or related field;
- Must have at least 4 semesters remaining to complete graduation;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office required;
- Degree in SAP a plus;
