Customer Support Representative

This role involves providing exceptional customer support to clients via multiple channels.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone
  • Reach sales & retention targets to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Educate customers on the use of our tools and technology
  • Become an expert in every aspect of our products & be a true advocate for our customers
  • Collate and filter customer feedback and provide suggestions for service improvement

Requirements:

  • Experience in Customer Service with handling large volumes of emails and chats
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is a must
  • Experience in ticketing and/or live chat software is required
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts in easy-to-understand language
