
Customer Support Specialist

This role involves providing exceptional customer support to clients via multiple channels.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone
- Reach sales & retention targets to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Educate customers on the use of our tools and technology
- Become an expert in every aspect of our products & be a true advocate for our customers
- Collate and filter customer feedback and provide suggestions for service improvement
Requirements:
- Experience in Customer Service with handling large volumes of emails and chats
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a must
- Experience in ticketing and/or live chat software is required
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts in easy-to-understand language
