We are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to join our team at LGMG. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
  • Guide and track customers' product rectification, ensuring seamless resolution of problems.
  • Organize on-site training and provide feedback to customers, enhancing their understanding of our products.
  • Assist with complex customer issues, utilizing your expertise to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Collaborate with assigned dealerships to promote the use of LGMG service parts, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the AWP (Aerial work platform) industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with dealers and customers.
  • Fluency in the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to drive and travel as required.
