- Guide and track customers' product rectification, ensuring seamless resolution of problems.
- Organize on-site training and provide feedback to customers, enhancing their understanding of our products.
- Assist with complex customer issues, utilizing your expertise to resolve problems efficiently.
- Collaborate with assigned dealerships to promote the use of LGMG service parts, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the AWP (Aerial work platform) industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with dealers and customers.
- Fluency in the English language, both written and spoken.
- Ability to drive and travel as required.
