Employee Development Specialist

This role plays a key part in designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee appreciation and development. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing strategic actions, identifying the most effective training initiatives, and fostering an open communication environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Map job and team competencies to design targeted training interventions
- Develop and implement performance evaluation systems and compensation structures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, delivering constructive feedback to drive growth
- Promote technical training and personal development opportunities
- Organize integration events to boost team morale
- Design strategies to improve satisfaction, reward performance, and enhance engagement
- Implement actions focused on employee well-being and continuous improvement
- Monitor training effectiveness through performance metrics and reporting
- Diagnose individual and team development needs and create tailored training solutions
- Mastery of English language; Spanish is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with behavioral analysis tools (DISC, MBTI)
- Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields
