Job Title

Position Title: Product Support Intern - Concur

Location: São Leopoldo, RS


About the Role

In this role, you'll provide support to customers via live calls and through a CRM tool regarding product functionality or technical issues. You will troubleshoot systems to offer elegant solutions within established timelines.

You will also be responsible for providing excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills. You will communicate and collaborate with peers, customers and upper management.

Additionally, you will demonstrate logical thinking for solving a wide range of issues with different levels of complexity. You will be adaptable and demonstrate change agility to handle both daily tasks or more complex and impactful organizational changes.

Key responsibilities include being accountable and self-driven for assigned tasks and personal development, asking for help when needed and being mindful of continuous learning opportunities.


Requirements
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Systematical, communicative and creative focus
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's or Associates degree in course, preferably in business or technology related areas with at least 2 years until graduation
  • Knowledge with Business Processes would be a benefit
  • Problem solving/analytical skills
  • Flexible approach working in teams as well as environment
  • Advanced English required, Spanish is an advantage
  • Previous experience with customer support and/or ticketing tool is an advantage
