Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst - Product Development

  • Lead analytical and planning functions to support the team through deliverables such as product performance KPIs reports, financial market studies, project support, and budget planning.
  • Manage Visa Analytics Platform Solution (a business intelligence tool for clients) go-to-market strategy in BR markets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • SUPPORT THE PROCESS OF NEW PRODUCT LAUNCHES BY REFRESHING CURRENT PROCESSES AND IMPLEMENTING CHECKLISTS AND CONTROL POINTS.
  • MAPPING AND REPORTING CURRENT PROJECT EVOLUTION VERSUS PLANNED, TRACKING RISKS AND MITIGATION PLANS, INCLUDING TEST AND LEARNING CURVE FOR MVPs.
  • MAPPING AND KEEP TRACKING OF PROJECT BACKLOGS.
  • SUPPORTING PRODUCTS TEAM ON BUDGET PLANNING, CONTROL, AND REPORTING.
  • WORKING CLOSE WITH OTHER VISA TEAMS TO IDENTIFY NEW PRODUCT LAUNCHES OR PROJECTS THAT WILL REQUIRE PRODUCTS TEAM ENGAGEMENT AND WERE NOT IN PIPELINE.

This role will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and distributing products performance dashboards based on internal data. The ideal candidate will have experience working with digital services/products development, implementation, and management, as well as project management skills considering agile methodologies mostly used in digital environments. Additionally, proficiency in English is required, and Spanish is a plus.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and report tools such as Tableau.
  • Experience in using data extraction and management tools (basic SAS knowledge is preferred).
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written), Spanish is a plus.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills (ability to interact with several teams simultaneously).
  • Project management skill, considering agile methodologies mostly used on digital environments.
