About the Role
Sales Manager – Fertilizer Markets
Location: Brazil (São Paulo preferred, open to other regions)
Travel: Occasional, reimbursed
Compensation: Base aligned with experience
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and market players across Brazil and LATAM.
- Serve as the local market intelligence lead, reporting trends, competitor moves, and regional activity.
- Represent the brand with customers, port operators, shipping agents, and distributors.
- Manage a member of the operations team and coordinate closely with finance and HQ.
What We're Looking For
You'll need:
- 2–3 years' experience in the fertilizer sector (urea, ammonium sulfate, phosphates).
- A strong working knowledge of shipping terms, trade flows, and fertilizer distribution.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a commercially focused mindset.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is an asset.
