About the Role

Sales Manager – Fertilizer Markets

Location: Brazil (São Paulo preferred, open to other regions)

Travel: Occasional, reimbursed

Compensation: Base aligned with experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and market players across Brazil and LATAM.
  • Serve as the local market intelligence lead, reporting trends, competitor moves, and regional activity.
  • Represent the brand with customers, port operators, shipping agents, and distributors.
  • Manage a member of the operations team and coordinate closely with finance and HQ.

What We're Looking For

You'll need:

  • 2–3 years' experience in the fertilizer sector (urea, ammonium sulfate, phosphates).
  • A strong working knowledge of shipping terms, trade flows, and fertilizer distribution.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a commercially focused mindset.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is an asset.
