We are seeking a seasoned Data Scientist to lead our data-driven initiatives and drive business value through insightful decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Drive data mining efforts using advanced tools and programming languages to uncover hidden patterns and trends.
  • Develop predictive models of moderate complexity to identify opportunities and mitigate risks; track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Cultivate partnerships with cross-functional teams to build robust data pipelines, enhance data assets, and improve metrics.
  • Create engaging visualizations and communication materials that effectively convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Lead project teams of data science professionals and provide guidance, mentorship, and training to less experienced team members.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery, issue resolution, and representation for larger development projects.
  • Staying abreast of emerging technologies and trends in data science, identify areas for improvement, and develop new approaches to enhance model accuracy and efficiency.
Education & Experience Recommended
  • A four-year or graduate degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Typically, 4-7 years of work experience in data analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, or a related field, or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
Preferred Certifications
  • A certification in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or similar is highly valued.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Broad knowledge of machine learning techniques, statistical modeling, and data mining.
  • Proficiency in building robust systems based on machine learning methods.
  • Experience working with generative AI, LLMs, LVMs, LMMs, LAM, NEURO SYMBOLIC, SAM, and other advanced models.
  • Familiarity with cloud deployments on AWS/Azure.
  • Experience leveraging models from repositories like Hugging Face.
  • Expertise with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Excellent software development skills with fast prototyping in Python.
