Job Description

  • Support domestic and international moving processes, ensuring seamless relocation services for clients.
  • Verify documents to guarantee accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Translate packing lists, importation, and exportation statements (DSI and DSE) to facilitate efficient logistics management.
  • Prepare bills of lading (BL) and Air Waybills (AWB) to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
  • Coordinate with shipment companies to book ships for loads, streamlining the transportation process.
  • Request payments and purchase orders, maintaining effective communication with suppliers and clients.
  • Communicate in English, Spanish, and Portuguese with suppliers and clients, leveraging linguistic expertise to resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with IPHAN to obtain authorization for services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain the internal system up-to-date, utilizing technical skills to optimize system performance.
Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
  • Intermediate level of English - must read and write fluently, with strong attention to detail.
  • Desirable: Spanish language proficiency, enhancing communication capabilities.
Education and Certification Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in International Relations or Foreign Trade - currently pursuing, demonstrating a commitment to academic excellence.
