Technical Systems Specialist

This position requires relocation to Rio de Janeiro and will involve on-site work.
Key Responsibilities:- Support project engineers in designing MEP systems for efficient project delivery
- Develop and review technical documents, including drawings, materials, calculations, method statements, and reports
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of technical documentation
- Monitor and track submittal approvals to meet timelines and quality expectations
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated site execution
- Provide timely resolutions to site technical issues
- Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress and compliance
- Ensure installations meet local and international codes, standards, and project specifications
- Assist with quantity take-offs, procurement, and logistics of MEP materials
- Contribute to as-built documentation and final handover packages
- Participate in meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (required)
- 5 years of technical experience in MEP construction
- Solid knowledge of MEP systems and design processes
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Revit preferred
- Familiarity with Autodesk tools and collaborative platforms
- Strong understanding of design techniques and emerging technologies
- Knowledge of relevant international and regional codes and standards
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
