
Prospecting and Sales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced sales professional to drive direct sales of storage products in the consumer market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building lasting relationships with retail customers, generating sales growth, and expanding product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Direct Sales: Sell storage products directly to consumers through online and offline channels, achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, and actively seek new sales opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting relationships with end consumers, collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services, and handle customer inquiries.
- Product Knowledge: Develop comprehensive knowledge of storage product lines, effectively communicate product features and benefits to consumers, and stay updated on product knowledge.
- Market Research: Monitor competitor activities, provide insights on consumer behavior and preferences, and identify new market opportunities.
- 2+ years of direct sales experience in consumer electronics or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with diverse customer groups.
- Passion for and understanding of storage technology and consumer electronic products.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset.
- Good time management and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
