Senior Credit Officer

This role is responsible for leading a high-performing team of Relationship Managers in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execution of strategic initiatives launched centrally at all levels (Group, Bank, commercial market)
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and policies at all times
  • Lead a team to deepen relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth
  • Manage sales goals while attracting, retaining, and motivating a high-performing team

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in commercial banking, with a strong background in credit risk management and analysis
  • Proven leadership ability, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Strong business development focus, innovative approaches, and the ability to quickly adapt priorities based on data insights
  • Fluent English language skills and degree; Master's degree preferred and managerial experience
