Job OverviewThis exciting role involves leading all biostatistics activities related to clinical trials as the primary project statistician. You will be responsible for communicating with project teams, clients, and vendors on statistical questions, developing and reviewing statistical sections of protocols, including sample size calculations, and creating statistical analysis plans.
Key Responsibilities- Develop SAS program requirements and specifications
- Conduct SAS programming and program validation
- Review and quality control of statistical deliverables (tables, listings, figures, etc.)
- Perform statistical analysis and report results
- Liaise with data management on statistical questions related to data issues, including coordination of data transfers from data management to statistics
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of biostatistical principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience with SAS programming and data analysis
