About the Role

As a key contributor to our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative experiences that drive meaningful outcomes. Your expertise in human-centered design will be instrumental in crafting solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

You will work closely with cross-functional partners and fellow designers to translate insights into impactful experiences that are both purposeful and effective.

This role demands a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on design craft, requiring you to make significant contributions to bringing big ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create experience concepts through wireframes, design mockups, journey maps, process flows, and prototypes.
  • Analyze user needs and gather requirements across multiple product experiences to understand dependencies for a common experience solution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and design leadership to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Work with design representatives across various lines of business to produce strategy of experience concepts to final solution.
  • BUILD strong relationships and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Design, UX Research, Product Management, Engineering.
  • Presentation and justification of proposed solutions and articulation of design with key stakeholders.
  • Utilize design research or user testing insights to inform and improve upon overall experience direction and validation of solution.
  • Document UI specifications and patterns outlining rules and guidance for experiences delivered along with refinements when necessary.

About You

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in UX and product design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing foundational understanding of UX and UI design, thought process, and how you've contributed to solving specific problems with functional designs.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, partnering with product and development to oversee the user experience from conception to launch.
  • Able to think long-and short-term to meet the constraints of product and experience needs while iterating toward a future vision.
  • Experience designing with and for AI is a strong plus.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to present your work to internal stakeholders at different design stages and support your decisions.
  • Experience with prototyping to explore and convey design solutions.
  • Self-guided and motivated to learn new tools and techniques.
  • Fluent in English with effective communication and storytelling skills.
