Estamos em busca de um profissional talentoso para atuar como E-commerce Specialist em nossa equipe. O candidato selecionado será responsável por realizar o atendimento e a prospecção através dos diversos canais de vendas, aumentar a taxa de conversão e satisfação dos clientes, tanto quanto melhorar o Ticket médio das compras.

Responsabilidades Principais:

  • Atender ao cliente com eficácia;
  • Aumentar a taxa de conversão e satisfação dos clientes;
  • Realizar ações de recuperação de vendas;
  • Lançar no sistema as vendas/pedidos concretizados.

Requisitos Desejados:

  • Ensino Médio Completo;
  • Habilidade intermediária com Pacote Office;
  • Conhecimento em marketing (desejável) e telemarketing (ativo e receptível);
  • Experiência em vendas, atendimento ao cliente e rotinas administrativas;
  • Residir na região de Bragança.
