Financial Analyst Role Overview

This is a critical position that involves overseeing various financial activities, significantly contributing to the company's financial health and efficiency.

The Financial Analyst will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records and bank statements through bank reconciliations. Additionally, they will be responsible for monitoring and managing cash flows for assigned offices, supporting accounts payable processes, and managing accounts receivable activities to maximize cash flow.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between financial records and bank statements;
  • Monitor and manage cash flows for assigned offices to optimize financial performance;
  • Support accounts payable processes, ensuring timely bill payments according to financial policies;
  • Manage accounts receivable activities to maximize cash flow;
  • Develop strategic financial projects to optimize resource management and enhance financial performance;
  • Provide financial support and insights to front office teams to drive informed decision-making;
  • Set and monitor goals for teams and individuals in the front office to improve performance and control costs;
  • Monitor operational and budgetary costs, comparing them with annual budgets for financial control;
  • Analyze accounting documents and link them to broader financial analyses for insights and improvements;
  • Prepare and present results reports and conduct weekly cash management reviews for decision-making support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, preferably in a multicultural environment;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Intermediate knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus;
  • Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with effective collaboration abilities;
  • Motivation to work in a multicultural environment;
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
