Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth through innovation and customer-centricity.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Support commercial teams in maintaining and growing portfolios of new and existing customers.
    • Develop and update account strategic plans for outreach, issuance coverage, revenue, and business lines.
    • Prepare meeting materials, handle post-meeting follow-ups, and maintain CRM accuracy.
    • Lead Request for Proposals (RFPs), coordinate inputs from internal teams, draft responses, and manage deadlines and submissions.
    • Produce Issuer Value Statements, charts, and business data insights.
    • Monitor market trends, support lead generation, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Requirements:
    • At least 3 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
    • Familiarity with capital markets and strong knowledge of financial instruments.
    • Expertise in financial analysis, assessing credit risk, interpreting financial statements, and evaluating financial strategies.
    • Commercial acumen with a deep understanding of debt capital market dynamics.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory) and Spanish (preferred).
