Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform mechanical and electrical work, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair plant machinery, utilities, and facility equipment.
  • Mechanical Work: Perform disassembly/repair of pumps, gearboxes, valves, piping, and rotating equipment.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, motors, instrumentation, and calibration of equipment.
  • Operational Support: Operate forklifts, man lifts, hand tools, grinders, saws, pipe threaders, and torches for fabrication and repair.
  • Cleanroom Operations: Support packaging operations in a cleanroom environment, including routine equipment adjustments and conversions.
  • Layout and Installation: Read and interpret engineering drawings, layout equipment, and assist with installation.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, and company safety standards.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent (Technical school or apprenticeship preferred).
  • Work Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills, ability to read blueprints, process drawings, and redline sketches, knowledge of chillers, boilers, and air compressors.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, math, and problem-solving skills, computer proficiency (CMMS, MS Office, MS Project), ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
