As a technician in this maintenance role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to ensure the optimal performance of industrial equipment.

Description

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with electrical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics. You will be expected to identify potential safety hazards and take corrective action as needed. In addition, you will provide training to less experienced employees on their essential duties and responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide maintenance and repair services for industrial equipment, including installations, diagnostics, and repairs.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance procedures to prevent equipment failure.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve complex problems related to equipment malfunction or non-performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory control.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with electrical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Forklift, scissor lift, and boom lift certifications desired.
