Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Excellent English language skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written).
  • Experience in customer service within a software or cybersecurity environment.
  • Proficiency in technology and eagerness to learn new tools.
  • KPI-driven, with a clear understanding of performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Zendesk preferred).
  • Creative thinker, able to propose alternate solutions when needed.
  • Patient and resilient when handling complex cases or difficult customers.
  • Positive and responsible attitude.
  • A personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload).
