We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to help our Enterprise customers transform the way they assess security risk. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of third-party risk management programs and cybersecurity domain experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact in the cybersecurity industry. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will work closely with C-level executives to understand their business challenges and goals, and develop strategies to drive customer success.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions. They will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities- Design Success Strategies: Develop and implement customized success plans for a portfolio of Enterprise customers, from onboarding through upsell and renewal.
- Lead Strategic Conversations: Collaborate with customers to align our platform as a solution to their business challenges and goals, with a focus on renewals and expansions.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert: Provide confident guidance on the SecurityScorecard platform and the cybersecurity industry, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Manage Retention: Forecast and manage the gross and net retention of your portfolio, including collaborating with regional account teams and executing efficient execution plans.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated knowledge of third-party risk management programs and cybersecurity domain expertise.
- Experience working with C-level executives, including meetings, presentations, and collaborative discussions.
- Proven success in developing strong customer relationships and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to balance critical delivery tasks.
- Technical aptitude, judgment, and critical decision-making skills.
