Our Team

We're a dynamic and growing team in 11 countries, and we're looking for a talented Customer Experience Social Media Assistant to join our Customer Experience - Social Media team in São Paulo, Brazil.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to help us provide best-in-class social media customer service for all Wellhub users. As a Customer Experience Social Media Assistant, you'll be responsible for managing incoming social media comments, engaging with users, and detecting brand opportunities and potential crises on social media.

Your Impact

  • Manage incoming social media comments to identify customers' needs and engage with users in a meaningful way.
  • Proactively engage in mentions and conversations about Wellhub and wellbeing in users' and brands' social media profiles.
  • Detect brand opportunities and potential crises on social media.
  • Collect and report user feedback on product and services, and bring learnings and insights to improve our company and features.
  • Assist in building a cohesive social media strategy to ensure brand relevance and growth.
  • Ensure our social media tone of voice, knowledge base, and success metrics are always relevant and up-to-date.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media and digital trends to keep Wellhub ahead of its competitors.
