• Assist customers with technical problems and account inquiries.
• Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Create and maintain customer records and documents.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in the customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest product features and enhancements.
**Requirements:**
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English, both oral and written.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling customer complaints and resolving customer issues.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts.
• Familiarity with mobile apps and technology.
