We are seeking a seasoned Strategic HRIS Manager to lead the development and optimization of our Human Resources Information Systems. This role requires a blend of technical experience and human resources acumen, to ensure our HR technology platforms are robust, reliable, and enhance our employee's experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and Prioritize HRIS Technologies: Evaluate existing procedures and identify areas for improvement, prioritizing the implementation of new HRIS technologies to drive business efficiency.
- Define System Requirements: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to define system requirements, evaluate and select HRIS software and systems that meet our business needs.
- Manage Vendor Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with HRIS vendors, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of our HR systems.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Oversee the accuracy and quality of HR data, ensuring that our HR systems are reliable and trustworthy.
- Develop HR Scorecards and Analytics: Design and implement HR scorecards and analytics to support HR functions, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Optimize HRIS Processes: Streamline HR data management processes, ensuring that our HR systems are efficient, effective, and aligned with our business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in HRIS, with a proven track record of leading HRIS initiatives and implementing HR technology solutions.
- Skills: Strong project management skills, in-depth knowledge of HR processes and data, effective communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and execute flawlessly.
