Your responsibilities include managing customer inquiries via email and phone, processing orders, coordinating with suppliers, and communicating essential messages to key departments.
We need someone with:
- German language proficiency (C1), and fluency in English at the B2 level,
- At least 1 year of support experience,
- Excellent communication skills to handle customer complaints politely and professionally,
- The ability to work independently and within teams,
- Attentiveness, persistence, and a solution-oriented mindset,
- A strong work ethic and adaptability in a dynamic business environment.
