Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Analytics Lead Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will lead client engagements across various industries and problem statements, developing analytics strategies and programs for large clients. You will also own key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders, independently assessing client agenda, internal culture, and change readiness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data and analytics, with experience coaching and managing teams, managing key client relationships, and analyzing large data sets. They will also have advanced skills in data analytics tools, business KPIs, and organizational leadership.

As an Analytics Lead Consultant, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to scope projects, develop solutions, and build the firm's intellectual capital. You will also provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to junior consultants.
