Global Transaction Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Global Transaction Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to clients and front office teams by leveraging efficient workflows, effective stakeholder engagement, and the latest technology to drive growth and world-class support.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Loan and Traditional Trade products and documentation, as well as excellent coordination skills and a strong control mindset. They will also possess good organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering best-in-class documentation for clients, including end-to-end management of the deal execution and maintaining oversight over the closing process.
  • Reviewing and managing the negotiation of legal documentation with a focus on bilateral lending facilities and trade finance facilities ranging from vanilla to complex documentation.
  • Liaising with internal/external counsel to prepare and review transactional documentation.
  • Actively contributing to GB CDS wider projects & initiatives.
