Job Description

As an Industrialization Manager, you will have the opportunity to optimize our production methods across footwear manufacturing, collaborate with technical teams, and ensure the quality and efficiency of our products. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Ensuring the optimization of production times and consumption for footwear components.
  2. Collaborating with suppliers regarding manufacturing processes and technologies to identify the most correct and economically viable production methods.
  3. Finding suitable technical solutions to ensure quality standards in the production phase for footwear items.
  4. Leading the industrialization of new products from prototype to production.
  5. Ensuring production readiness by defining, validating, and optimizing processes.
  6. Participating in industrial projects with significant organizational impact across footwear operations.
  7. Developing and implementing quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures.
  8. Monitoring and analyzing quality metrics to track performance and address issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong sense of responsibility and demonstrable leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the industrial sector, preferably within the footwear or textile manufacturing industries.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles is highly desirable.
