Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Long-Term Partnerships: Form high-level relationships with key stakeholders to drive strategic collaborations.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, delivery teams, and customers to identify tailored solutions that maximize business value.
  • Ensure Seamless Delivery: Coordinate the delivery of Oracle Services as the primary point of contact for customers, facilitating communication across Oracle lines of business.
  • Monitor Project Progress: Report on complex projects to optimize the use of Oracle delivery resources, meeting revenue objectives and contract margins.
  • Identify New Opportunities: Submit delivery leads for new contracts and renewals, driving business growth.
  • Critical Issue Management: Serve as the point of contact for major incidents, effectively managing communication and customer expectations until resolution.
  • Develop Governance Models: Establish and maintain delivery governance models with customers at senior management and executive levels.
  • Proactive Risk Management: Perform proactive scope and risk management, leading complex account planning and reviews.
