The Role We Are Looking For

Support logistics operations with a focus on monitoring best practices in leadership and management of recruitment agencies.

This role will be based in our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits and daily updates of agency service tickets
  • Take action on specific day-to-day demands
  • Monitor leaders practicing company best management practices and assist those with difficulties
  • Build bridges of trust with operations leadership
  • Host biweekly roundtable discussions with leaders from all shifts

Project Management:

  • Monitor termination and satisfaction surveys monthly and create action plans on areas that need improvement
  • Manage projects on identified improvements

Recruitment and Selection Process:

  • Monitor operational vacancy funnel together with recruitment agencies
  • Monitor agency selection process and develop improvements

Requirements and Skills

  • Experience in HRBP Projects
  • High interpersonal skills
  • Recruitment and selection experience
  • Ability to lead several projects in parallel
  • Organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to analyze research and summarize critical items
  • Completed higher education
  • Advanced English
  • Intermediate Excel skills

  • Experience with project management
  • Knowledge of process and data auditing
