Commercial Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities- Partner with the Latin American Commercial Director to provide actionable insights into sales performance and market trends.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the region, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to drive revenue growth and optimize business processes.
- Lead the development of regional updates, including market forecasts and financial analysis.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of CRM systems and leverage data to drive field force effectiveness.
- Work closely with the finance department to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with a strong understanding of business operations and revenue growth strategies.
- 3-5 years of experience in a commercial operations or revenue operations role, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
- A team player with a strong commitment to quality and timelines.
