Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Latin American Commercial Director to provide actionable insights into sales performance and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the region, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to drive revenue growth and optimize business processes.
  • Lead the development of regional updates, including market forecasts and financial analysis.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of CRM systems and leverage data to drive field force effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the finance department to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
What We're Looking For
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with a strong understanding of business operations and revenue growth strategies.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a commercial operations or revenue operations role, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
  • A team player with a strong commitment to quality and timelines.
