Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business growth, driving profitability, and providing valuable insights to guide leadership decisions.

The Finance Business Partner will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to align financial strategy with business goals across the region. This includes budget planning, P&L analysis, and strong stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate will be analytical, pragmatic, and collaborative, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.

  • Work closely with Brazilian and Southern Cone business teams and strategy teams, provide insightful and quality financial advice to support business.
  • Prepare managerial financial report and rolling forecast, track business financial performance and perform related financial analysis.
  • Conduct budget control, involve in business operations and review project/contract applications.
  • Build and optimize financial processes and related systems to improve efficiency and control business risks.
  • Perform special ad hoc projects and analysis on a frequent basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 7+ years of FP&A, sales/category finance or related analytical experience.
  • Track record experience with complex financial planning & analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, good team spirit, and the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish and English is required due to system, documents and communication with the Americas (US and Mexico) team.
