Be responsible for budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating across teams on projects that drive product and data-related financial initiatives.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, mentoring and supporting junior finance team members to share knowledge and facilitate growth.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a STEM field; relevant certifications are highly valued.
  • 5+ years of experience in a finance-related role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis, and a proven track record of driving financial performance.
  • A collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills, enabling influence and effective working relationships at all levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese, with exceptional language skills.
