  • Play a key role in analyzing and resolving operational problems of installed applications on desktops, laptops, printers, and associated peripherals.
  • Install, maintain, and optimize desktops and laptops installed at client sites (rollout).
  • Conduct diagnostics and resolve performance issues of equipment.
  • Perform maintenance and repair services when necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by advising clients on preventive maintenance and configurations that can impact device performance.
  • Train clients on operating and maintaining the system.
  • Integrate knowledge and experience as a qualified specialist.
  • Maintain a broad range of knowledge about field policies and procedures.
  • Have extensive knowledge of related processes, disciplines, or technologies and their interdependencies.
  • Have in-depth technical knowledge in a specialized area.
  • Apply advanced principles, theories, concepts, and technologies, as well as knowledge of related disciplines to resolve problems and provide solutions.
  • Conduct problem analysis in servers if necessary, always with the assistance of a specialized professional (hands-on).
  • Provide support to critical users (VIP).
Key Responsibilities
