Key Role: HR Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist to support our human resources information systems and ensure seamless data management.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR personnel on the use of HRIS platforms.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and the HR department to identify system improvements and enhancements.
  • Administer permissions, access, and personalization for HR users.
  • Develop custom functions and documentation, such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
  • Maintain and administer ad hoc report writing tools for end-users.
  • Compile or assist with complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and HR staff.
  • Serve as a liaison between HR, IT, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS-related issues/enhancements/queries.
  • Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
  • Stay updated on trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of three years' experience with HRIS systems, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • One to two years of experience with Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits Security, and Reporting modules.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and managing data.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and technical support skills.
