Salary and Benefits: This full-time position comes with an estimated annual salary of approximately R$ 55,000 to R$ 75,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Our benefits package includes competitive compensation, health insurance, and opportunities for growth and development.

Job Description:

  • ">
  • Improve the quality of services provided and enhance customer satisfaction by understanding organizational processes, especially those interfacing with Planning, Sales, Shipping, and Finance areas.">
  • Develop and implement efficient processes to streamline sales order processing, product returns, quotations, and order releases for invoicing, ensuring timely pre- and post-sales customer service.">
  • Monitor and control costs for the area under responsibility, drawing up and analyzing internal and external KPIs for the Customer Service area to identify areas for improvement.">
  • Manage service provider contracts and ensure effective communication with customers, stakeholders, and team members.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or related areas.">
  • Knowledge of TOTVS - ERP Protheus.">
  • Desirable: knowledge in call center management.">
  • Desirable: post-graduation course in service management, people management.">
  • Desirable: advanced English and intermediate Spanish.">
