Key Responsibilities- Establish effective communication channels as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries via multiple platforms with professionalism and warmth.
- Support guests with booking processes, modifications, cancellations, and special requests, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and issues promptly, providing solutions that align with established company policies and enhance the guest experience.
- Coordinate smooth check-ins and check-outs, including key handovers and property orientations.
- Provide guests with local information, recommendations, and support to make their stay enjoyable.
- Document accurate records of guest interactions, feedback, and requests in our CRM system.
- Proven track record in customer service, hospitality, or similar roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Strong problem-solving skills accompanied by a calm and positive demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
