Job Description

As a QA-driven Project Owner, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of projects. This involves verifying implementation quality, catching issues early, managing timelines, and ensuring that no feature goes live without your green light.

You will own the delivery process from start to finish, verifying implementation quality, identifying and addressing issues promptly, and managing project timelines to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the quality owner across all product releases
  • Conduct thorough manual QA (UX, UI, logic, edge cases, responsiveness)
  • Convert product specs into detailed development tickets
  • Prioritize and manage the backlog to ensure smooth sprint execution
  • Track progress, unblock delays, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Communicate status, blockers, and release readiness to stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of QA experience in fast-paced product teams
  • Experience in both manual functional testing and UI/UX validation
  • Basic understanding of APIs, browser dev tools, and mobile testing
  • 1-2 years of project/delivery management experience or demonstrated ownership of task execution
  • Familiarity with PM tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize across multiple projects
  • Ability to confidently push back when quality would be compromised
  • Clear, concise communicator - especially around specs and bugs
