Job Summary

The Account and Relations Manager will establish and maintain key partnerships in our Publishing division, focusing on the Brazilian market. This role involves collaboration with various departments and stakeholders to drive commercial activities, including close alignment with the Commercial Team, Partner Operations, and Business Development teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify new entrants to the market and work closely with the Business Development team to onboard them while maintaining commercial and contractual frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial partners.
  • Negotiate and optimize commercial terms in line with company strategy (CPA/Revenue Share/Hybrid/Tenancy).
  • Prepare monthly customer reports highlighting key trends and issues, suggesting revenue development opportunities.
  • Work closely with local stakeholders to prioritize partners and uncover new revenue opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulation, compliance, and market trends.
  • Implement and develop pricing and pipeline strategies for Better Collective's Brazilian assets in conjunction with the Commercial Team Lead.
  • Deliver quarterly business performance reports to partners, identifying optimization opportunities.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial or marketing roles, preferably in the iGaming industry.
  • Digital marketing knowledge, ideally Affiliate.
  • A solid understanding of the iGaming industry and its commercial models (CPA/CPL/CPM/Revenue Share).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a commercially strategic mindset.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and proactive, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Portuguese native language skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
