We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Field Specialist to join our team at Boston Scientific Corporation. As a Clinical Field Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing clinical support and education to customers, while also developing business relationships with hospital personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support and troubleshooting for company products, including programming and patient follow-up.
- Assist in the education of customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products through presentations and demonstrations.
- Attend unit implants in hospital labs and operation rooms to ensure customer and patient success with implanted products.
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives to identify customer needs and discuss how company products can meet those needs.
- Develop business relationships with hospital personnel through casual conversation, meetings, and participation in conferences.
- Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing creative solutions in collaboration with other personnel.
- Manage and provide technical support for clinical trial activity within assigned territory.
- Provide initial and continuous training, education, and support for clinical center personnel on clinical trial protocol and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience with a bachelor's degree in health areas, science, nursing, or equivalent technical work in a cath lab.
- Ability to resolve problems and communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of the medical community.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Valid driver's license.
