Job Overview

This key leadership role drives the strategy for and manages the delivery of program management services. The successful candidate will provide overall vision and direction for strategic planning and development, implementation of quality control, and coordination of staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive growth in program management services.
  • Implement and refine program management processes and systems.
  • Coordinate staffing on relevant projects/programs.
  • Provide oversight on large programs and occasionally act as the lead or principal.
  • Assist and support strategic pursuits specific to large programs.
  • Serve as the program management business class director until additional support is needed.
  • Develop and provide mentorship for staff in program management and other business classes.
  • Develop the strategic growth plan, identify staffing needs, and manage recruiting efforts.
  • Direct efforts to utilize staff and enhance overall success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a professional field.
  • A minimum of 10 years project management experience working with external clients.
  • Understanding of HDR business services and procedures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Active participation in employee-owned culture.
