The Role

This role will involve delivering client consultancy projects and managing project-related analytics, data, and tools. The Consultant will ensure tasks are delivered to schedule while maintaining the highest level of quality and value expectations.

The Consultant will lead research and analysis focused on pricing, market access, competitor research, value-based pricing analyses, HTA, etc.

In addition, the Consultant will contribute to business development through proposal development, executing activities under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, mainly remotely due to our team composition.

This full-time position is home office based, located in Italy, Remote.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and execute client analyses & deliverables
  2. Develop client reports and presentations and delivery of findings to clients
  3. Provide follow-up with clients after project completion to ensure satisfaction
  4. Leverage business experience and acumen in identifying strategic alternatives and project approach to client questions
  5. Develop intellectual property for use on future engagements
  6. Develop knowledge of consulting methodologies and life science know-how through on-the-job experience and training
  7. Apply high attention to quality and detail with strong written and spoken English
  8. Apply excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, presenting information in compelling and creative ways
  9. Occasional management of more junior resources

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (life sciences or economic/managerial sciences)
  • 2-4 years of pharmaceutical, medical/health industry-related experience or 2-4 years management consulting experience
  • Understanding of life sciences business practices and client issues
  • Strong conceptual, analytic, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Ability to structure and use large amounts of data to complete business analysis and make recommendations
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects
  • Demonstrated self-awareness and accountability
  • Ability to establish credibility with clients

Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS, MPH)
  • Background in International Pricing and Market Access, analytics, and modelling would be beneficial
