About the Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service by building strong relationships, understanding customers' businesses, and resolving issues promptly.
- Generate revenue growth through sales of products and services addressing prospects' needs.
- Identify opportunities for increasing revenue within the account territory via up-selling and cross-selling.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication.
- Develop and execute plans to manage strategic account renewals.
- Educate customers on the value proposition and benefits of our products and solutions.
- Manage Sales Forecast and Pipeline to ensure clear reporting of forthcoming renewals, additional sales opportunities, and associated revenue and timescales.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience and a proven track record of success in selling solutions to corporate or financial customers.
- The ability to work well in cross-functional teams and be highly self-motivated and able to work independently when required.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to articulate our value position to prospects and customers.
- Strong results orientation, with a commitment and drive to achieve new business goals in a complex business environment.
- A strong level of business acumen and awareness to help build credibility with customers and express the benefits of our solutions in an appropriate business context.
- Experience working with Risk & Compliance functions would be an advantage.
- A Bachelor's degree.
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
