About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a People Business Partner. In this dynamic and challenging role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact by providing strategic support to senior-most leaders and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise and guidance to leaders on human resources best practices and employment law
  • Mentor and develop junior teammates to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Lead complex company-wide initiatives and projects to drive business outcomes
  • Partner with leaders to design talent planning activities and succession plans to ensure business continuity
  • Engage with employees on people strategy through workforce planning, organizational design, and structure to achieve business goals
  • Advise employees on career development and enhance working relationships to foster a positive and inclusive work environment

About You

  • 6+ years of full-time HR business partner experience in SaaS technology industry
  • Strong understanding of human resources best practices and employment law
  • Impeccable judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and strategic influencing skills
  • Self-motivating leadership attitude and multitasking skills
