Job Title: Automation Assistant

About the Role

This role plays a crucial part in helping organizations achieve their full potential by improving inefficiencies, delivering visibility, automating, collaborating, and growing.

The Automation Assistant collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop technological systems and solutions based on specific customer needs. The primary goal is to complete customer implementations while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Installation and testing of CMDbatch panels (fixation of components on the mounting plate, box drilling)
  • Pack equipment and schedule collection with transport companies
  • Inventory control (research of materials for purchases, production notes in the system, inventory count)
  • Release of invoices for products used in manufacturing
  • Maintenance and upkeep of the company's computers and infrastructure equipment (formatting, maintenance, purchase of accessories, ethernet, wi-fi, etc.)

Required Skills and Qualities

  • Strong technical skills, electronics, low voltage circuits and diagrams, basic instrumentation, infra and networking understanding
