We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Coordinator to lead our Billing Team in delivering exceptional invoicing experiences to clients in the Americas Region.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and mentor staff. You will supervise, develop, motivate, and mentor the Billing Team to ensure that all invoicing is carried out punctually, comprehensively, and with precision.

Collaboration with various functions within the organization, including Operations, Accounting, and Accounts Receivables, is crucial. The ideal candidate will have a high volume of invoicing experience, resolve escalated issues, and cultivate an environment that places significant emphasis on customer service and efficiency.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Accounting or Finance, or an equivalent level of knowledge in a relevant field.
  • Fluent English.
  • Mandatory minimum of 8 years of experience in progressive accounts receivable/billing roles, preferably in the staffing industry.
  • Mandatory minimum of 5 years of people management experience, including direct employees and via Leads/Supervisors.
  • Brazilian billing process (local taxes) strong knowledge is required.
