We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Specialist to join our Dive & Rescue team. As a pioneering member of this team, you will have the opportunity to shape the team's direction and contribute to establishing a new unit.
Responsibilities:- Analysis & Seller Engagement: Identify root causes and conditions leading to sellers' unmanaged or at-risk status. Foster strong relationships with sellers through regular communication.
- Performance Optimization: Diagnose critical performance issues and develop collaborative action plans. Effectively manage the seller pipeline to achieve targeted outcomes.
- Process Enhancement: Contribute to implementing efficient SOPs for knowledge sharing within the Dive & Rescue team. Document attrition patterns, best practices, and opportunities for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- More than 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or related customer-facing roles.
- Basic analytical skills and proficiency with Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas. Proficiency in Excel is essential for data analysis and insights generation.
