Main Job Responsibilities
  • Builtd strategic relationships with mid-sized industrial clients to help them get the most out of our solutions and improve their maintenance workflows.
  • Developed customized onboarding programs for mid-market clients, emphasizing predictive maintenance and operational efficiency.
  • Provided expert advice to clients, offering on-site and remote support to enhance their maintenance processes and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborated with client teams to create success plans, aligning our solutions with their business objectives.
  • Visited factories to identify areas for improvement and offered practical solutions to optimize maintenance workflows.
  • Analyzed client data to uncover valuable insights and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Production) or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in maintenance, production, or industrial environments, preferably as a supervisor or coordinator.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with factory teams and decision-makers to implement technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting operational data and identifying trends.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and maintenance management tools was advantageous.
